Hello, I am Catherine Fewings. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and have over 25 years experience in residential conveyancing. I became a Licenced Conveyancer to run my own practice which I have done since 2005. Over these years, I take pride in the strong relationships I have built with clients. This has led to repeat business not only for those clients but also for their family members, friends and work colleagues who have recommended me. I like to provide a friendly approachable service whilst drawing on my experience and legal knowledge to find practical solutions to get you moved.
Hi, I am Debra Bentley, a Legal Assistant at Surrey Property Lawyers. I have over 35 years experience as a legal secretary and paralegal and a Central Law Training Paralegal Diploma in Residential Conveyancing. I moved to Guildford three years ago and started working with Catherine, Amanda and Linda shortly afterwards. I find being part of a small, friendly team very rewarding and believe that working so closely together helps us provide the best possible service for our Clients.
Hi – I am Linda Warner a Legal Assistant with Surrey Property Lawyers working alongside Catherine, Amanda and Debra. I have 16 years’ experience in residential conveyancing having previously worked as a secretary for an Accountant in Cobham.
